Great place for 12 people. Location is perfect as it is in Whistler village, right in front of gondola. The care taker is really nice. One of the bunk beds is wobbly and therefore, my son slept at the couch. That is the only reason why I only gave 4 stars. I will definitely go back to this place and recommend to other people.

Finding the parking lot was a bit of a hassle. But, we were given instructions. Door key pad to enter was confusing. There are 2 key pads. One is on the wall and the other one on the door. You have to use the one on the door to get in which took as awhile to figure out. The room was nice and clean. Beautiful views and very good location. Only issue we had was the AC wasn’t working when we arrived. They fixed it the following day. The good thing is that the temperature was cold in Whistler so we just openned all the windows. Communication was okay. Thanks, Matt. Other that AC issue, I highly recommend this hotel and get the same hotel.

Amazing location right at the base of the lift. Window seat looking out at the plaza was great and had a beautiful view. Even though there’s no front desk the staff is easily accessible and checks on you constantly. Already booked a stay for next year!

We loved our stay at the Rainbow Suite, Gibbons Life Accommodations. Matt was wonderful and directions, parking, check in/out were all easy and clear. The Rainbow Suite was clean and spacious and we loved the big window sill reading nook. Price for two nights was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!

I traveling with a bunch of friends, we all love this place with its central location, close to gondola ride, many well known brand shops and restaurants around. This by far is the best out of the best place we stay in Whistler. Thankyou for the core team "SAM" who offer his great help when we require firepit assistance. Our stay in unit 508 in Carleton Lodge was absolutely wonderful. We caught some beautiful spring skiing in mid April. The location is the most convenient for access to the ski lifts and restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is extremely comfortable and well equipped. And as a bonus, it appears to have a complete high end remodel. I definitely appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom. The parking and ski lockers are super easy and convenient. And the service and support staff was excellent.

I rented two condos for my husband’s 60th birthday. We wanted a place close to the slopes and it was definitely that. Condos were very clean and cozy. My only recommendation would be for the entry key pads to be easier to use as the numbers were hard to see at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
