The Space:
Soft winter light fills the home from morning to evening, casting a calm glow across the vaulted ceilings and exposed log posts. After days spent exploring Whistler’s snowy trails and mountain terrain, you can settle beside the fire or step onto the wrap-around deck to breathe in the crisp alpine air. With views stretching toward the surrounding peaks and quiet spaces to unwind, this townhouse offers a comfortable retreat for the season.
Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure impacts, and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
This two-level townhome accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony. Its ensuite includes a double vanity, deep-soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and heated floors. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and direct access to the hot tub. Both offer private ensuites, one with a glass-enclosed shower and the other with heated floors and a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, a fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and patio access, along with an ensuite featuring heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room adds extra convenience on this floor.
Living spaces
The open-concept main level blends natural textures with vaulted ceilings and exposed log elements. A family room with TV and cable creates an inviting area to gather after time in the snow, while a separate living room with a gas fireplace provides a quiet place to warm up on winter evenings. The dining area seats six and sits beside large windows, with a breakfast bar for three offering additional space.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors, giving you everything needed for preparing shared meals after a day outdoors. Its layout keeps cooking and conversation connected, whether you are making breakfast before heading to the mountain or winding down with evening snacks.
Outdoor living
The patio and wrap-around deck offer space to step outside and enjoy the mountain surroundings even during the colder months. The private hot tub provides a warm place to relax beneath winter skies, while outdoor furniture and the BBQ are available should you choose to use them.

The home includes high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-suite laundry, a two-car garage with room for equipment, and additional driveway parking. Bathroom essentials, bedroom essentials, heating, an indoor fireplace, and home safety features are all provided. Guests also have access to tennis courts within the complex.

A short 7-minute drive brings you to Whistler Village and the ski slopes, offering quick access to shops, restaurants, and mountain activities while still allowing you to return to a peaceful setting at the end of each day. For larger groups, this home can be paired with neighboring Goldenwood 8337 for expanded space.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
