Lovely location and view. Slept to the wonderful sound of lapping waves. Check-in is strictly before 7pm don’t get caught! I did and with apologies of course as it was a busy work day . The breakfast was good I took the full English breakfast and it had everything on ( depends on what you tick though so tick away) I will be back if that’s helpful to others . I did get a full smile in the morning! So yay !!

Literally a stone's throw from the beach, you can hear the waves lapping up onto the shore as you drift off to sleep. Just off the main promenade so it's quieter but still very handy for all the main cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs etc. Great breakfast, great coffee. Very homely feel with lots of nice design touches, books, games etc. And Melaney is lovely!

we enjoyed our stay, Melaney was so friendly made us feel very welcome, The view from the bedroom was amazing it was so relaxing to hear the sea while sitting in the bay window having a cup of tea. We had cake in the room on arrival, Toiletries in the bathroom and bathrobes The mini fridge had bottled water and real milk which was a lovely touch. Very close to the town centre but the road the guest house is on is a dead end so not through traffic so lovely and quiet. Breakfast was fab as well, highly recommend staying at Chanel View
