The place itself it’s not welcoming. Staff is all over the place. Rug very dirty. Beds smaller than advertising. It says queen size but they’re full size. Amenities not working: like fridge, phone etc. No Room service. All 3 nights of my stay my room was not cleaned or beds made. No extra towels or toilet paper. It was the worst experience

It was way better than we thought. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. It's really close to West Yellowstone downtown and the west entrance. Breakfast was just the basics, but it was enough.

Very touristy town and major entrance into Yellowstone. Hotel room was basically put in a converted garage into a room and non-connecting TV to any internet. Breakfast was gone well before time and not refilled.

West Yellowstone is a popular gateway town into Yellowstone National Park. Very few chain hotels. Lots of smallish privately owned motels for massive tourist crowds. Wagon Wheel hotel was such. Room was fine. Lobby temperature 80 degrees. Breakfast was unsafe. Uncovered foods, milk, cold pancakes, fruit. All room temp. Dirty. A Health Department failure. Would not stay there again. McDonalds is 4 blocks away.

This property can charge what they wany being so close to Yellowstone, so for the price, the rooms were nice and big, and the bed was very comfy. My biggest complaint was the free breakfast, there was very little to eat, bagels, hardboiled eggs, cereal, croissants cut in half (very tacky) and rare to see any fruit. We skipped the free breakfast one day and went to McDonalds instead.
