Includes a first floor bedroom. Open concept and well appointed kitchen. Steps from the water, 1/8 mi to Bayview Beach on Lewis Bay, 2 1/2 mi to Kalmus Beach, and 5 mi to both Seagull and Craigville beaches. After a day at the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower.
