"I found a roach and I wanted to get a refund he said if I was to leave at a certain time he would do it he kept harassing me was very rude rushing me asking me if I’m still here I left and then he said he couldn’t give me a refund because I was rude I had a horrible experience I would recommend"

"Urine on the toilet seat. Long hair in the towels & body hair on the shower wall. Very noisy and lots of cover up for various smells throughout. Had to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to come to the desk to check-in since only 1 staff member. Called the number it says for help and their advice was to wait since the desk clerk was in the bathroom."
