My room wasn't clean. There were stains on the night stand, the glasses in the cabinets were dirty, the bathtub was not cleaned good, the pillows were small and very poor quality. I reserved the room for 4 nights and decided to check out after the 1st night instead.

The stay was okay overall. When we arrived at our room, the smell of bleach was overwhelming and made it uncomfortable at first. Unfortunately, we were unable to be moved because the hotel was fully booked. The room itself was otherwise clean and met basic expectations, but the initial odor definitely impacted the experience. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were understanding of the situation and did their best to assist despite the limited availability. Their customer service was a highlight of the stay and helped make the situation more manageable.
