The first room the shower head didnt work ,so we were moved and that room the sofa looked stained so i put a sheet on it ,the room was 51 degrees unon entering, we were exhausted so stayed in it and it warmed up with in a hour or so ! The staff was great ! I really feel like paying that much id have a little better experience!

Clean hotel. They even upgraded us to a suite when we were checking in. Very kind to make our stay so nice! We were visiting Memphis but didn’t want to stay in the city. This hotel was a short drive across the bridge. Safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Was not able to use fridge as it had mold, old grapes, and other items left inside. Stepped on a raisin in the middle of the night which was quite unsettling. Found a couple more in the morning meaning it was not vacuumed before our stay.
