First night was a filled with errors. Mice in the kitchen which was not acceptable for the room price point and “resort” labeling. Untrained late staff didn’t know what to do and was unable to contact a qualified support person.
We were moved to a different suite in the morning but it really should have been immediately. No one slept well knowing mice were running rampant in our suite. There was no offer of discount or other restitution to accommodate our dissatisfactions
This is my third time staying at the Royal and by far the most disappointing experience ti date.
Get an exterminator, do better.
