The Business Inn
"The experience was definitely one to remember, we are happy with the overall hospitality of the staff. We were greeted with walm welcomes and good energy at the front desk check in. The room was clean and organized with everything we needed and even more, we were very happy with the room, it was also not noisy at all, and we felt very comfortable and secured during our stay, well done. There is one thing to mention just for visibility, the night before our departure my girlfriend and I went to the front desk to ask if we can leave our bags there temporarily since our train was some hours away after checking out and were happy to hear that we could, the gentleman was very kind and made sure we understood well. The next morning as we were leaving, we ran into this "new" front desk clerk who we kindly related the information we received the night before and his first response was very rough and dry as if to indicate that we are not allowed, we had a very small bag with food for the travel home that we asked if there was a fridge and he responded with the most negative attitude stating that "Our fridge is too small", he then proceeded to ask us if we wanted to put out traveling bags in the fridge which we felt disrespected but kept it calm. we looked at each other and immediately decided that we would just leave our 2 traveling bags there, throw out the food and get out of the building immediately because that was very inappropriate and made it uncomfortable for us."
