Horrible - AVOID

First, they couldn't find my reservation and I had to pay more for the room than what I booked on Hotels.com. The service was horrible and we had to visit the front desk several times for new keys, towels, bedding for the pull out couch (which we only got a bottom sheet) and couldn't get a complete set of dishes. Only two chairs for the table with 4 of us staying in a two bedroom suite. The room smelled and the beds were so uncomfortable we left a day early. Because we didn't leave until 1 pm, we still had to pay for the night but we could not stay. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last several years and it gets worst every time. We will not be going back!!!

worst service possible. we were blamed for not disclosing a pet when my wife truly did so the mgr decided to hit us with a $200 fine. and it’s our word vs their word not to mention the mgr kept saying my wife’s mother had a tone with her but she just woke up and was very grovely. the mgr clearly doesn’t know what a tone is…:

Eh it was ok

The air didn’t work so I tried to open the window which was almost impossible and it almost fell off and wouldn’t stay. There was no air flow so I figured I’d turn on the oven fan for some movement and that didn’t work either. The breakfast had 3 options granola bar, oatmeal or muffins and the muffins were gross.

Horrible room

The room had so many issues, fridge was not cool, all of the doors in the room were broken bathroom doors wouldn’t even close. Also the worse is part… there were roaches in the room!
