Parking lot was unplowed in an area that gets lots of snow. As a handicapped person this was an issue. Carpet in the room was gross, people gathering and talking loudly in the halls until well after 2am.

Was traveling with a dog and requested a ground floor room. They always are very accommodating. Reservation this time got mixed up for some reason, had me booked for 2 nights, instead of 3. Took care of it right away without any issues. Rooms are always clean and orderly. Very nice place to stay.A+++

Room was good. But the breakfast was severely lacking. Cold / still frozen food. They had a waffle maker but during this time there was a large amount of people and it was too slow to keep up. So it was meh.

There were several things about this trip that were disappointing. The parking situation was terrible. Not only was the lot poorly plowed but the amount of trailers that were around left little parking for cars. Two occasions of coming and going we had to park in the Big Buck. Inside the hotel our accommodations were just so so. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. There was one roll of toilet paper, one holder completely empty with the cardboard roll still on. The shower was filthy. The shower head had a stream of water that shot all over the place, when I inspected it there was so much black stuff. It seems it’s time to upgrade a few things and clean better. I’ve stayed here a lot over the last 7 years and it’s gotten progressively worse. I will stay at Tru from now on even if I have to pay more.
