The room was actually more than i anticipated. We had a king room in the offset building, but it was spacious, the bed was dreamy-comfy, the bathroom was bigger than normal, and I was thrilled to be able to park my car (my baby, my Challenger) in the parking lot over there because i felt safe and out of the way of the fast food traffic from Burger King. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and definately would stay here again on my way through town.

Room was not ready - bed was unmade and obvious that room service had not cleaned the room and prepared it for the next guest (btw - room was the last one on west side next to the garbage dumpsters). I immediately went back to check in and they apologized and admitted their mistake. They relocated us to a room next door to the "electrical room" and set us up there. That's great if you want background humming noise all night long (bring ear plugs if you're ever set up in room 110). All in all - I would give this stay a 3 out of 1-10. Very disappointed and will probably go for a different hotel/motel next visit to Klamath Falls.

Staff was great. Room was clean besides finding ants around the windows and a rogue one in one of our beds. Our room has a mild cigarette smoke smell but it wasn’t terrible. Beds were comfy. Shower head could use an upgrade. Overall it was a decent place for booking on short notice. Currently, It’s not somewhere we would choose to stay for more than one night but we can tell it’s being cared for well and with some small improvements it could easily be a nice boutique motel.

Decent for the cost

The room was large with a sofa and desk, but we were there for a quick overnight so we didn’t use these amenities. The dark carpet had many obvious stains which is one of my “icks” but I travel with easy on sandals to keep on at all times for this reason. The value was good, except for the $25 pet fee. Use that fee to clean the carpets, or lower the fee!
