We were in town for a family wedding so we did not have time for shopping. However, there is a very nice grocery store just down the road which was convenient for picking up whatever we needed. Also several fast food places which we did not need. Having been to Weaverville many times over the years, I know it’s a short walk to the quaint town of Weaverville. There are a few restaurants. We enjoyed the coffee place and a nice bakery for breakfast each day. House was perfect. Immaculately clean, well equipped and all furnishings comfy. The covered back porch with comfy furniture and fenced in yard are great for relaxing or allowing kids to play. I envision returning for other family events and bringing my grandkids! Parking was easy and spacious. It was a little dicey turning left out of the driveway due to traffic backed up for a nearby stoplight but people were generous and let us into the line easily. I loved that there were very few Knick knacks yet the home was nicely decorated. The last place we rented had so many items that were so tempting for our little grandkids that we had to put lots of stuff out of reach. It is not an issue here so I would feel comfortable returning with them in tow. My husband remarked about how nice it was to have plenty of towels available if needed too. Master bedroom has room darkening shades so be sure to set an alarm even if you usually don’t use one!! I can think of no negatives to staying at this property! Loved it!
