I have stayed here previously and did not encounter the issues I did this time - front desk check-in was slow as she answered the phone and checked those folks in after she started speaking with me - water damage on the ceiling and walls - gnats in the room.

Really nice area, nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. This was a great choice for staying in Weatherford, and staying in Weatherford was a great choice for our longer trip. Shopping and dining options were easily accessible without having to navigate a larger city like Fort Worth or Dallas.

REFUND PLEASE

I reserved an ADA wheelchair accessible room at this hotel. The day we left headed to the hotel, I got a phone call from them. They said that the room was no longer available because the air conditioner was out. I asked if I would get a refund because they couldn't provide what I needed. The desk clerk said that since it was 3rd party that I wouldn't get a refund. I would like to know if you can help me with this issue. Apparently, they don't know about the ADA laws.
