I have stayed at many extended stays and this was by far the worst. The desk clerk was pleasant and it was cheap (comparatively speaking), beyond that very disappointing. There was nothing at all in the cupboards. Not a dish, pan, or even a spork. No paper towels. Only 2 disposable plastic cups with the plastic wrap torn and replaced. Made me wonder if they were just re-using them. I honestly don't think the bedding had been washed. Luckily, I was desperate and tired enough to not care at the time.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. Room smelled strongly of urine after check in, staff unhelpful to resolve the issue so I had to leave and book another room at another hotel. Repeated attempts to contact management have been unsuccessful.
