The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet street next to a coupld of other hotels and well lighted, so we felt very safe.

The staff was warm, welcoming and efficient! The entire hotel smelled fresh and was clean, which is no easy feat for a place that caters to a four-legged clientele. Everything is provided for you in the room and it even has a fridge! However, the soda machines were empty on two floors so I had to go to the front desk. Not a huge issue for me. The restaurant seemed short of help but the food was pretty good. My only complaint would be the banquet food, we had it two nights in a row, it was just ok.

Staff was very helpful. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in many years, large variety of good, fresh food. They even had hardboiled eggs in the fridge and a 1 min pancake machine. Coffee was better than most hotel coffee. Room (two Queen Suite) was very clean, larger than I expected, worth the extra $10. Son said the fold out couch was comfortable. Queen beds were good. TV was good quality and had a printed channel guide. All the bath products were stocked. Fridge was very cold. Several restaurants close. Aldi across the street, Kroger down the street.
