No smoking in the cottage or on the property (no candles, fire, flames, etc.) Sorry, pets not allowed. Parking for two vehicles is provided. Special rates for weekly rentals.

The Millpond estate where the Cottage is located was the site of a mill in the 1800s. The Longhouse Creek flows under a rustic footbridge, into the millpond, and over the falls. In the 1940s, the property was owned by MGM Studios, and was a summer retreat for Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, and other celebrities. Bellvale Market within walking distance offers deli items, fresh fish, meats, gluten-free items, and a wide range of prepared foods. Visit the nearby Bellvale Farms Creamery for Zagat-rated homemade ice cream! The village of Warwick is quaint and fun, with lots of shops and restaurants.

BUS: Take NJ Transit buses 196/197 to Warwick from NYC Port Authority Terminal. Ask driver to stop at Iron Forge Road, and you're just steps away!
