I booked 2 of the basic rooms - 1 each for me & my friend at the same price. My room was lovely, clean, spacious etc I'd say to UK Premier Inn standard - very comfy double bed. My friend's room had 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette with dishwasher! The kitchen was not quite as clean as it could have been though but nothing gross. The location was about 30-40 min walk to the Old Town of Warsaw & there was a lot of building work going on all around with the older buildinga being torn down & new ones going up. We were there Fri-Mon and it was not noisy so the immediate area wasn't pretty to look at but had no other impact on us.

No mattress and pillow protector Sheet directly on very dirty mattress Bed tiny and uncomfortable No daily housekeeping service (chargable) Extremely difficult to find No lift to 16th floor Bleach and stained carpets in hallways Front office guest service staff unhelpful wouldn't change room No phone in room to call guest service Wanted us to pay an upgrade fee to change dirty and unsanitary room Had to speak to a manager to obtain a clean room after several arguments The first room had a sky light window above the bed which couldn't be blacked out at all Bathroom smelt very mouldy and dirty Red mould in shower Some electrical sockets unservicable No iron or ironing board provided Electricians requested access to room to carry out work whilst we were in situ Fire safety non existent with fire doors propped open throughout the property Not secure, front entrance propped open with brick

Small room that wasn't really an apartment as the name suggests. Hard to find with reception being a ten minute walk from the rooms. Directions given at reception weren't the most clear but it was a decent room when we finally got there. Very clean and comfy but our biggest disappointment was our kettle didn't work after two weeks of looking forward to a cuppa we were heartbroken. All in all decent value and good service from all staff we encountered

Good for the money
The apartment is 10 mins walk from the check-in reception. It's fine for the sunny day. Unfortunately, we arrived on a rainy day. It was kind of nightmare. Apart from that, it's good for the money. new apartment, beautiful view. 15 mins walk from two metro stations. 25 mins walk from Warsaw Central train station.

It is one of my best apartments in warsaw Very good location , big rooms This time have small issue with towles and bed mattress but the response from hotel staff was perfect and problem had been solved in 2-3 hours Recommended for all Expedia guest

Nice and warm.
Nice room in a nice environment. Only small issue is the fact that the reception is about 500mt away from the building and we would have appreciated to be taken to it other then just being given instructions on how to get there and a call us back if you find any issues.... Other than that (and several white stains on carpet in comunal areas) the place is nice, generally well kept and warm...

Location good. Paid for “superior apartment” but nothing particularly spectacular about the apartment. Had terrible duvet set which was unclean and also had a ‘protector’ on which felt like those you put on for a child who wets the bed.
