Tram noise + nonworking washmachine

The apartment is large and comfortable and has nice things in it but: 1. The washing machine did not work, and the host/company is so understaffed that they didn’t even reply or attempt to fix it during my stay 2. The apartment is right on a tram line, and the low frequency noise from the trams is almost unbearable (no one would voluntarily live in this unit-- clearly that’s why it has become a short term rental)
