Daily Resort Charge: Retail reservations are subject to a mandatory daily resort charge of approximately $47.48 USD per accommodation, per night, settled directly at the property. This fee covers high-speed guest Wi-Fi, fitness/yoga classes, resort tram/canal boat transportation, and local/domestic long-distance phone calls.

Mandatory Hawaii State & County Taxes: Advertised room rates exclude standard mandatory lodging taxes and government charges. Transient accommodations are subject to a 10.25% Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) alongside a 3.00% Hawaii County Transient Accommodations Tax (HCTAT) for a combined 13.25% lodging tax. Standard state and county transient accommodations taxes (TAT/HCTAT/GET) and standard parking rates may still apply directly at checkout depending on reservation type and membership tier. Strict Quiet Hours: To preserve island serenity, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and noisy gatherings are prohibited during these hours.

Property Managers were helpful and communicated well

We were very pleased with our room and the resort. Property managers communicated well and we were happy with our stay. We would rent through them again. We loved our 2 bedroom unit. It was perfect for our family of 4. We made great use of the gym, pools, restaurants and long walks around the property.

This condo was even better than advertised! Beautiful furnishings, very clean, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and a very nice terrace. We had five adults, and the condo was more than big enough! We absolutely loved the condo and couldn't have been happier. The resort is also beautiful. The condo is a fair bit of a walk from the main lobby where the self-parking/valet is, and the tram was slow and not always working. But if someone has mobility issues, please know that they have wheelchairs available in the main lobby. We used one for our entire 7 day stay for my 82-year-old mother. She is mobile, but the heat and walk were a little much. With her in the wheelchair, it was a breeze. The wheelchairs are first-come, first-serve, so inquire when you call or arrive. But it worked perfectly for us. We would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again!

I am assuming this is a timeshare so not necessarily the owners fault. However, the kitchen was run down. The dishwasher had a broken piece making it hard to slide to load dishes and the kitchen chairs were torn. Also, we did some slight cleaning before unpacking. The cleaning service was most likely in a rush since it is a busy time of year and so I rewiped down counters and swept the floors. Birds are a little much. Lol. But that’s on the birds. Ha. Other than that it was a great resort.
