Wonderful Waikoloa

Perfect property for our family vacation. Great unit. Lots of amenities to make it like home away from home. Beach toys, towels, washer & dryer! Would absolutely stay again!

Everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. LOVED the recliners and enjoyed the view!

Spring Break on the BI

Everything about the property was awesome! We utilized the kitchen, enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and it's close proximity to a grocery store. Great restaurants near by. I recommend for anybody looking to relax.

Great location. Complex grounds were beautiful with quiet surroundings. Second floor condo had beautiful views. Condo itself was adequately stocked.

Great place to stay!

We live Waikoloa Villas! The place was very clean, well equipped and has a great view of the golf course, ocean and sunset. The pool and hot tub are awesome for relaxing by during the day or soaking at the end of a day. The bbqs are great for cooking your own meals when you don’t feel like eating out after a long day exploring. Great central location for getting to anywhere on the island.

Just right

This condo isn’t fancy but has all the essentials. We appreciated how clean it was. Sunsets were nice. Nice calm neighborhood too.

Relaxing

This place was perfect for what we needing while in Hawaii. Just a short 15 minute drive from the beach, the pool and hot tub are literally in your back yard! We opened up windows for a nice breeze and slept well each night.

Nice place

This place was what it advertised, however the main room is more like a loft. There were chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Very comfortable place to come back to after the beach. And the pool is heated to take a dip in the evening .

Short stay

Here for a short stay of 4 nights. The place was clean and easy to access and had all necessary amenities. Instructions for entry were clear. Beautiful balcony overlooking pool, golf course and ocean in the distance- just a lovely spot! I would definitely rent here again!

Perfect spot to relax

We really enjoyed watching the sunsets on the lanai, swimming in the pool, and walking to the local grocery store. The house was clean and spacious with lots of extra sheets and blankets to take advantage of the pull out couch. The water pressure was great and it was easy to get into the unit with lots of helpful appliances to make our stay extra homey.

Beautiful and cozy!

We loved this condo in the villas. It was spacious and came with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice too. It was even better than I expected it to be! Definitely stay here :) Communication with the host was also great. You can also see the ocean from the lanai! And it was walking distance from the shops/restaurants.

Great Location

Great Location overseeing the golf course and pool. Great for early morning walks and close to KTA. Beds in unit were the only complaint, very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have a second key. Otherwise great unit.

Location is away from beach but quick easy drive. Grocery easy walking distance. Kitchen had all the stuff needed. Renovation with new flooring in hallway and kitchen nice. Would be nice to extend with next renovation. Only thing missing was laundry soap pods. Beach toys and picnic coolers etc all there.

Perfect location

Nice, clean, great location property. Lots of sidewalks for walking safely throughout beautiful neighborhoods. Everyone walking so friendly and felt very safe being alone walking anytime. 15 minute drive down to the beach a little longer depending on where you want to explore. Highly recommend. Local grocery store/gas station short walk . A bit spendy, but saves a 35-40 minute drive down to Walmart/Safeway/Costco etc. Will probably return.

Nice and well located property.

Note: The two stars for the checking come from the fact that we didn't receive the information to access the property. We had to call VRBO, which worked very well (Five stars to them!) as they were able to contact the right people and we received the arrival package with all the information.We had a very nice stay there. The view from the lanai is nice, the swimming pool is very close, as is the golf course for a casual walk. The appartment itself has everything one can need, including nice basics for cooking (to which we added some olive oil) and all the appliances. The internet is very fast (a good thing when one needs to work here and there remotely). We always had a parking place open in front of the property.The location (Waikoloa Village) was good for us as we were visiting the Island to meet friends in Kona and Waimea and enjoying morning runs at Hapuna Beach in the early morning...

Relaxing stay at Waikoloa Village

Glad our Waikoloa Beach Resort booking was cancelled at the last minute because this property was excellent. Not a 5 star condo but this property is in front of the pool and the golf course. You can see the ocean from afar but the view of the sunset was spectacular! What made it more relaxing was the cool breeze at night that just makes you sleep even better. I thought not having air conditioning would be a problem but not really in a higher elevation such as the Paniolo area. I have stayed at Kolea before and surely there were pros and cons on the two properties. But I will go back to this property instead.
