Vista Waikoloa C101 is located in Building C at the Vista Waikoloa. It is on the first floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Outstanding stay! This is honestly one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in while on any of the islands. Clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances work well. We prepared, cooked/grilled and ate most meals in. Very clean and large fridge and good storage space. Gorgeous views of flowers and the palms. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Easy check in and all codes for entry worked well. This condo has all you need! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, laundry detergent, tons of trash bags and soap, a cooler, and so much more! The tvs were a bit finicky and the only other thing I would improve is screen doors that shut completely to keep mosquitoes out. Beautiful grounds and pool/hot tubs. Easily walkable. Loved the assigned parking spot- nice not to have to search. The newly installed central air works marvelously and we were quite thankful for it. We loved being on the ground floor and never heard any neighbors. Enjoyed walking down the path to the ocean for some of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen. Book a boat tour with Captain Chad’s Charters when visiting. So much better than a typical “booze cruise” or crowded snorkeling boat. Fav snorkeling was at Beach 49 black sand just to the north of Waikoloa and the south beach of Hapuna. Shop at Foodland up the road to save some . Loved all the birds, geckos and cats around Waikoloa. We can’t wait to return to this lovely condo and magical island. Mahalo!
