Stay in this updated 1927 charmer in the heart of all Waconia has to offer! Walk to City Center Park, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, a movie theater, bowling, ice cream and the lake! Within a few minutes' drive, walk the trails or swim and picnic at the Lake Waconia Regional Park. Take part in libations at one of the several wineries and breweries while enjoying the beautiful Waconia scenery. The house is just 13 miles from Prince's Paisley Park and conveniently located 35 miles from MSP airport. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. On the main level, there is one bedroom with an attached ¾ bath. The open living area offers plenty of seating for dining, conversation, or movie night. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or in the eat-in kitchen overlooking the deck and large fenced in backyard. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or partake in a friendly game of horse shoes.
