The Executive Queen room (shown in the photos as a spacious room with a fireplace and separate seating area) we paid extra for was nothing like the photos. We were assigned a very standard queen room. The front desk clerk, when questioned about the misleading photos, said “well I’m not responsible for the photos. Definitely not the point. Buyer beware.

The hot tub in the pool were horribly disgusting. They had black stuff all over it like they let people in, they're dirty. I ended up with boils on my butt and a bacterial infection. I had 5 boils, I called 3 times to ask for my money back and they still have not called to return my money. I stayed there for 3 nights.I still have an infection on my butt i also went to the hospital for this. I've had to miss two days of work because of this issue i'm very upset. I would not go back to this place. This is very bad business management, especially with they extend of this situation.And possibly having mrsa currently one antibiotic that will help two different kind of bacterial infections

Good location, beds were comfortable. Room was clean except some random trail mix in one area on the floor. Fridge didn't work properly, it only worked sometimes which was disappointing since we had lunch meat/etc to keep cool for the softball tournament we were there to attend. Figured out last day that random outlets and possibly the fridge were hooked up to a light switch.

BEWARE!!! Disgusting, do not stay here!

This has to be the worst stay we ave ever had. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in.e was on the phone and it rang again and he answered it. It did not sound like business. There was a man waiting behind us. They never cleaned our room, apparently you have to sign up for cleanings. Never got new sheets. The breakfast was a joke. The coffee was always gone, even after asking them to make more. The eggs and whatever the other stuff was was not fit for a dog. Most of the time it was gone, the poppyseed muffins were hard and moldy, the wafffle syrup was old tasting and the container it was in was never washed, the bottom was so gummed up. Juices were so watered down. It was disgusting. I have stayed here for the past 2 years and this stay was awful, this place has gone down hill.no one was ever at the desk, when you’d call most of the time they would not answer. You advertise free newspaper every morning, never saw one the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It went from a five star to no stars.

Felt like home. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The woodwork, bathroom, and parking lot pavement need a little work. Breakfast was more than continental, but less than full. Had eggs, toast, cerael, waffles, coffee, apples, hash browns, etc. No meat. Well, there you go.

Very clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and an elevator is provided. Breakfast was okay. Kind of the same things available but appreciated. We missed the turn off because signage was rather dark.

The service at the front desk was very good. The room was poor. The chair in the room was badly Stained. The sink was clogged and so was the tub. I went to the store and bought 2 bottles of Drano Max. I cleaned the sink and poured one bottle of Drano Max in the sink. Let it sit for couple of hours. I poured the 2nd bottle of Drano Max in the tub and let it sit for couple of hours. The sink drain plug was full of sludge, I cleaned it like New and flushed the sink with HOT water for about 20 minutes maybe longer. It was running like new, drain was Very clean and flowed like it was NEW. The tub was flowing better but I couldn't take the stopper out of the tub. Every time I took a shower I was standing in several inches of DIRTY WATER! I took pictures of the water after I got out of the tub each time It's NASTY standing in that much dirty water during the shower. My feet started itching. My stay was ok cause of the location. I was visiting my grand kids. I drove to Waconia MN from Maryland for my granddaughter's graduation. Unless this place gets its drains cleaned out and clean those nasty chairs. The front desk brought me a blanket to cover the chair before I sat in it.
