Herringbone + Red Herring

We booked this hotel last minute on a trip to Waco and it was great! Highly recommend, shopping around the area is super cute and Red Herring is a must! The food and drinks were 10/10!

Fun and unique boutique hotel!

What a unique and fun boutique hotel! Friendly staff as we checked in, both behind desk and at wine bar during happy hour. We ate a delicious dinner at the Red Herring as well with a super friendly wait staff too. Within walking distance to Magnolia silos and market. Highly recommend staying at this super fun hotel if you stop in Waco, TX.

All was great but our room was below the rooftop bar and you could here moving of the tables and chairs half the night hard to sleep

Didn’t like the smell in the elevator and not confident staying on the 4th floor because we then had to use the stairs. Didn’t want to use the elevator due to the smell. No lobby to hangout with family and friends. Loved the rooftop bar and the location.
