Our first room (212) had a loudly buzzing refrigerator and a broken thermostat so the nice staff moved us to another room. That room (224) had what looked like black mold above the shower and a bathroom faucet that was leaking at the base onto the countertop. The breakfast and dining room staff were excellent. All staff were attentive.

Filtered hotels that offered free breakfast. Hilton came up as an option. The hotel said “no feee breakfast”. Disappointing, but this is on Travelocity’s algorithm. We would have stayed elsewhere had the booking site gave correct information.

When we first came to the hotel there was no one at the check-in counter, and there was a sign saying so as well with a number to call to get ahold of someone for check-in. We called 3 times but no one answered. After about 8-10 minutes or so someone finally appeared to check us in. The room was a little outdated, looked like it could use some updates and cleaning, the room smelled funny like chlorine or something. One of the bedside lamps kept flickering so we ended up not leaving it on even after replacing the lightbulb that the staff had given us to replace that didn’t work. The pool and jacuzzi were not working even though they were in the description of the amenities. Overall it was an ok experience.

Pool was closed. There website still shows pictures. Sounds like it’s been closed for years. When we asked they told us WE should have called. I rented specifically because they had a pool and hot tub. We paid $200 a night / $400 for 2 rooms because it was graduation weekend at Baylor. Room was worth about $60. They need to advertise on their website that they have no pool.

We are so sorry that your stay was not up to standards. All third party websites, as well as our main website, has a warning to contact the hotel to ensure the amenities are open. Unfortunately, we are unable to call every single guest before they check-in, which is why we put it on the website.

We had a jetted tub in our room however they failed to let us know that it was broken before arrival. The pool was closed due to covid. Would have been great to know both of these things before arrival.

We had stayed here a few years ago and found it a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, The owners have allowed it to decline in just about every way. Stained sheets and carpet. Supplies were low or absent. The ones that were there were low in quality.

Hotel under construction so a bit of noise through the night. All amenities closed down due to COVID but that is beyond their control. Staff is second to none. Always polite and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times in the last year and would so again.
