The room was clean and nice. The Continental breakfast was what you would expect nothing fancy just basic. The coffee is not very good if you're a coffee person you will not be satisfied with it. The TV has multiple channels but there's no channel that gives you a guide and there's no indication of what provider it is and so you can't look up whatever you want to watch. You have to endlessly scroll through each channel individually.

It was very quiet. Rooms were clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to that and we’re not informed before we arrive that it was not working. Also, the placement of the air condition of the room is a little strange. The bed I slept in. It was basically right in my face, so really not ideal, but everyone was very nice and the rooms are clean.

I told the manager I was disabled and need a bar in the bathroom so she put me in the second floor where there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy bags up a bunch of steps and she put me in 202 the absolute furthest room from anything. I spoke to the other lady ( who was delightful by the the way m, but unable to help). Not the way to treat a handicapped person at all. Then they never cleaned my room so I did. No service at all very disappointed and looked like such a nice hotel except the manager and cleaning staff it would have been a really nice stay.
