You get what you pay for…

The bed was hard and uncomfortable and my son had mold on his pillow. There was very little water pressure in the shower. The WiFi was spotty at best. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Economical place to stay, a block away from the beach. Clean room and linens. The faucet in the bathroom fell over, but did not effect the quality of the stay overall. Wish there was more lighting in the bathroom. Room came equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. Maybe bring your own pillow, they have the hospital pillows there. For the price, this room was pretty good!

When walking into the hotel room the smell of must and dirt was obnoxious. The bed had stains and hair left on the sheets from who knows when. The bathroom had no hand towels only a bath mat two towels and two wash cloths that were also stained with god knows what. The reviews in this place were good so I was hopeful but knew as I pulled into the parking lot I had made the wrong decision. Music was being played loudly in the parking lot and smoking was obvious when clearly and advertised as not allowed. My wife and I immediately left after less than 10 minutes of checking in. Absolutely terrible, disgusting and absolutely unacceptable.

What prompted me to write a review was the “resort fee.” The idea that this is a resort is galling. There weren’t enough space to park in the parking lot. The bedspread was stained. A small shampoo bottle that the last guest must have brought with him was sitting on the side of the bathtub. The wooden toilet seat was cracked completely through on one side. There were gouge marks in multiple places on the walls. There was an open space with a bar for hanging clothes, but there were no hangers. The steps to the second floor had stains and bits of concrete missing. I kept my socks on until I got in bed. The next morning I walked across the floor to take a shower and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. What part of any of this sounds like a resort? There are plenty of options in the area. I don’t imagine a would be worse.

Needs exterior TLC. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper dispenser. Closet without hangers. Needs better shower curtains. Metal base lower bed cover and it’s loud when bumped and wakes everyone up. These comments are meant to be for improvement by all means. Besides that all good!

When we booked this property, it was last minute so we did not have high expectations as our hotel of choice is Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt, unfortunately, they were all booked. On route to Ocean 2700 their staff called us to confirm our visit and our arrival time, which we communicated we would be arriving late. As we have had prior experience in the past when our room was cancelled without any notice or communication. At arrival, the staff asked for a credit card for "resort fees and etc" the gentleman also told us if you look at the fine print you'll see that it's stated. After returning, we realized they charged us almost twice the "due at property" fees. There was a lack of parking, but we were fortune to find a spot. When we arrived at the room it was similar to any motel/inn. The bed was comfortable, but their box spring was a makeshift steel cabinet which would echo through the room whenever we sat on the side or getting in and out of bed. The tub was deteriorating, the toilet paper was in a very unusual position, under the sink and 2-3 inches off the floor. As I got ready to shower, I noticed the towels had hairs and stains, so it was disturbing. Overall, their service was great, but for a fairly out-dated property the price in our opinion was a bit steep. Double check your receipt, to make sure
