It’s all in the title beach walk if you don’t mind the walk this is an excellent place to stay!

If you don’t mind walking, you can get to the beach all by sidewalk. The amenities were sufficient for my family and the room was clean ready to go when we arrived. Make sure you wash off at the beach tho at one of the public wash areas because the property doesn’t have a wash area before you go inside.
