In the heart of the Pays de Retz region, 17 km from Pornic, 39 km from Noirmoutier, 5 km from the sea, and 10 km from the beaches, Le Haven is a fully renovated cottage adjoining the owners' house.
Private, enclosed garden of 150 m², south-facing, with a terrace overlooking the marshes (trampoline available, shared with the owners).
On one level: living room (queen-size sofa bed), kitchenette, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), and shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi.
Not included: sheets (€30 per week or fortnight), towels (€5/person), electricity, electric heating, and tourist tax.
Pets welcome under the responsibility of their owners (interior and exterior damage, 1-meter high fence - €50 deposit).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: €37.72 per stay
