A cozy, welcoming home with easy access to the beach and Cape May. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions during the booking process, which made everything easy from the start. The home was also very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The host was very attentive to any and all questions I had before our arrival and did reach out after our check in to make sure things were as they should be.I personally managed over 200 vacation rentals in the lower Florida Keys for almost 20 years. Impressive home! I’d like to rate it 10 stars but the scale only goes to 5. The owners have a very clean, comfortable, well decorated, well stocked home that is the nicest VRBO that I have ever stayed at. I loved walking 2 blocks down to the beach to enjoy the sunset, or walk a couple blocks in the other direction for som place to eat. If I’m ever at Cape May again, I hope to stay there.

The house is very cozy with enough room for several adults and a child. You have to be OK with your family watching you cook because they are able to offer ample criticisms in to the kitchen from several angles. The house was accessible for elderly parents because there are no stairs except the entrance. The main bedroom has its own bathroom which again for accessibility is important. We used the 3rd bedroom for storing our bags and for family members that wanted to stop by and visit. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are utensils for the grill as well. Propane tank ran out about 2 days in, but there was a full tank in the little plastic supply shed next to the garage. Easily parked 3 cars in the driveway, single-file and the neighbors were friendly. Beach was very close and the traffic in September was so light that often we were able to walk to the beach without sharing the road with more than 1 or 2 cars. The outdoor wash tub and shower next to the grill is something every pet-lover should have! Super-duper clean and the private back yard offers a get-away space if you need it and it feels like it could be comfortable in any season.

Our family stayed from 8/24-8/29 and had such a wonderful time. The house was spotless, well cared for, and very comfortable for us and our dog. We loved being so close to the bay, and it was a quick drive to both Cape May and Wildwood. The house had everything we needed, which made our stay easy and relaxing. We would difinitely come back.

Wonderful family vacation spot

We loved our time here and would definitely come back! Steve’s place is spacious and comfortable and just a short walk up to the bay (the sunsets really are amazing!). There were so many thoughtful and generous touches from the hosts (well-stocked kitchen complete with zip loc bags, plastic containers, as well as things like fem products, dog poo bags, extra towels, soaps, etc.) It was as if we were staying in a friends’ home, not a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this spot!

Great little house

The house was very nice. It was well stocked with supplies and well maintained. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and we really enjoyed our stay. My thought for improvement: Maybe a slightly bigger couch...seating for 3? I did take 1 star off for cleanliness only bc of the floors...everything else was exceptionally clean!! We would definitely rent again!!

Clean, close to the bay

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. Two adults, two teens and dogs. Plenty of space for us. Beds were comfortable and the house was immaculate. The home was very comfortable and has everything that we needed. Close walk to the bay beach. Recommendations on restaurant’s were on par. Quiet neighborhood and perfect distance to other attractions in the Cape. We plan to stay again!

Great stay in Villas

This property is what is says and more. It has been completely renovated inside and is beautiful. The back yard has a great fire pit and a beautiful deck as well. We were a couple blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood and had a great stay. Few other highlights: Master with a large master bath that was completely new. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d ever need. New washer and dryer on premesis Huge, beautiful Sony TV Driveway parking for multiple cars Close to multiple excellent restaurants and a giant WaWa About a 10+ minute drive to Cape May I would highly recommend this property. The owners are very proactive, helpful and responsive.

Great house

This house is well furnished and well stocked. Very close to the bay.Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly place, love the set up to wash the dog . There’s a new grill.. Definitely enough room for 6 people; more than enough for my party of 2 and the dog. There are comforters and pillows available but I brought my own. It was a wonderful stay!

Great location in a quiet part of the Cape May area.

Booked this house because of it's proximity to the bay side beaches (dogs are allowed at certain hours!). The house was a great escape for me and my city dwelling group. We really enjoyed using the deck and grill. When things got stormy outside we played games in the living room and watched a movie. There did not seem to be many tourists in this part of the area and we loved that! It's also very accessible to Cape May beach and Wildwood. Steve and Chris were nice enough to let us borrow beach tags for Cape May so we were able to avoid the $12 / person fee. We're already looking forward to our next visit to the Ridgewood house!
