Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 50 m² flat in Villarembert has a mountain view and is within walking distance of the ski resort. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises:
- A 20 m² living room with a dining area, separated by a curtain, and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A large east-facing balcony, accessible via the living room and one bedroom.

The flat is located in a small, very quiet condominium, easily accessible by car. It's close to all the shops, but not in the centre of the resort, so it's a very quiet environment. The resort is completely pedestrianised and all shops/activities are accessible via a covered gallery. Several mini-markets on site, bakery, chemist, butcher, delicatessen, restaurants, bars, souvenir shop, ready-to-wear, etc.
Kindergarten opposite the residence. Chairlift just a few metres below the residence. Ski-lifts available in front of the residence.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, etc.
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire - Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, departing from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you have several choices:
- A private parking space in the residence's secure garage. For one car (classic type, without roof box).
- All the resort's car parks are free and close to the residences.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: free bus service throughout the resort in winter and free tourist train service in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station, around 15 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport, about 175 km away (2h03 by car).
