TrĂšs Beau logement lumineux attenant Ă  deux autres logements plus petits avec belle salle de bains et WCs Ă  part. Le logement est hyper bien Ă©quipĂ© et c’est agrĂ©able d’y faire la cuisine car on trouve tout ce que l’on cherche. Sa localisation est chouette, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lac de Vieux-Boucau Ă  pieds. Il existe des range vĂ©los Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, devant la maison. Le jardin est arrosĂ© toutes les nuits par le sol pour qu’il reste vert ce qui le rend trĂšs humide le matin, nous en avons peu profitĂ©, nous nous sommes beaucoup promenĂ© Ă  pieds ou Ă  vĂ©lo. La chambre de l’étage sous les toits dans laquelle notre fille a sĂ©journĂ©, est hyper spacieuse et trĂšs originale. Toute la maison est dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Il y a Ă  faire dans la rĂ©gion et la ville de Vieux Boucau est animĂ©e et agrĂ©able. Nous y sommes allĂ©s dĂ©but septembre et j’ai Ă©tĂ© pas mal piquĂ© Ă  moustiques (mais pas mon mari !), la prise anti-moustiques pour la nuit peut donc ĂȘtre pratique. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis par la propriĂ©taire lors de notre arrivĂ©e, elle avait prĂ©alablement rĂ©pondu Ă  beaucoup de questions que j’avais posĂ©es lors de ma rĂ©servation. Seule dĂ©ception, j’avais rĂ©servĂ© le logement fin dĂ©cembre car il avait aussi une remise de 149 mais malheureusement, cette remise a Ă©tĂ© supprimĂ©e car le site Abritel ou l’offre ne semblait pas Ă  jour. J’avais bien sĂ»r le droit d’annuler ou de maintenir ma rĂ©servation. En conclusion, ce logement est Ă  recommander, nous en gardons un trĂšs bon souvenir

Netter, freundlicher Empfang. Alles sauber. Ruhige Umgebung. Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. VollstĂ€ndige KĂŒchen- und Gartenausstattung (Sonnenschirm, Grill, WĂ€scheleine, etc.) Gute Betten. 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Zentrum. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

The location is great for cycling, walking and even visiting San Sebastian and Bilbao. Unfortunately, little came of it because I had the flu for 2 weeks. Because the house is very comfortable, the holiday became bearable.

TrĂšs bonne impression partagĂ©e par tous, conforme Ă  tout ce qui Ă©tait annoncĂ© et dĂ©crit, un tarif plutĂŽt compĂ©titif pour la rĂ©gion. L'Ă©quipement gĂ©nĂ©ral Ă©tait trĂšs fourni et de qualitĂ©, l'accueil impeccable. Seule remarque : il n'Ă©tait pas indiquĂ© clairement qu'il s'agissait d'une location "partagĂ©e", avec un studio sur la gauche et un appartement Ă  droite, mĂȘme si les "coins jardins" sont bien sĂ©parĂ©s et sans vis Ă  vis.

Descriptions sur le site trĂšs fidĂšles Ă  ce que nous avons trouvĂ©, aussi bien par rapport Ă  l'emplacement que par rapport Ă  l'habitation, dont l'Ă©tage est mĂȘme mieux que sur les photos. Les activitĂ©s et visites aux alentours sont multiples et variĂ©es et il y en a pour tous les Ăąges. De plus, les hĂŽtes sont charmants et attentionnĂ©s, ce qui ne gĂąche rien. ValĂ©rie.

Marielle Cambra ist eine sehr nette, kompetente, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Vermieterin.

Das Reihenhaus liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig und doch ruhig am Ortsrand. Das Zentrum, die GeschĂ€fte, der See und die StrĂ€nde sind v.a. mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen, letztere natĂŒrlich auch mit dem Auto. 100m hinter dem Haus verlĂ€uft auf der alten Bahntrasse der Radweg "Velodysse", der die kleinen Orte hinter den DĂŒnen auf ebener Strecke durch herrliche KiefernwĂ€lder miteinander verbindet und das idyllische Seengebiet im unmittelbaren Hinterland erschließt. Das Meer lĂ€dt natĂŒrlich zum Bad in den Wellen und v.a. zum Surfen ein. HierfĂŒr Equipment auszuleihen, ist leicht möglich. Der Strand ist riesig, sauber, öffentlich und war im SpĂ€tsommer nie ĂŒberfĂŒllt, man kann herrliche SpaziergĂ€nge machen - wegen der Gezeiten bei sich immer wieder leicht verĂ€ndernder Ă€ußerer Gestalt. Die Unterkunft hat im Erdgeschoss eine schöne, gesellige WohnkĂŒche, ideal fĂŒr Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere das obere Zimmer mit zwei französischen Betten bietet auch grĂ¶ĂŸeren Menschen Platz. Eine abgeschirmte Terrasse mit Grill ergĂ€nzt den Wohnraum und Im Hof kann man direkt vor der HaustĂŒr das Auto ab
