Sea Breeze es una impresionante propiedad de alquiler de vacaciones en Vieques ubicada en la colonia junto a la playa de Bravos de Boston en North Shore Road.
Directamente al otro lado de la calle está la playa La Lanchita, utilizada solo por aquellos de nosotros en el vecindario y en el saber.
Esta casa de vacaciones en Vieques es cuidadosamente mantenida y nombrada por los conocidos Bravos Boyz para asegurar sus vacaciones perfectas en el paraíso. Sea Breeze ha sido una propiedad de vacaciones mantenida por Bravos Boyz durante casi una década. Como parte de la renovación y típico del estilo Bravos Boyz, utilizamos mostradores de concreto altamente pulido en la cocina y en ambos baños. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, así como todos los utensilios de cocina, vajilla y cristalería nuevos y totalmente equipados.
El estilo es contempor�������neo y cómodo con sof��s de West Elm. La casa ofrece salas de estar interiores y exteriores con vistas excepcionales al océano. Desde la terraza principal se puede ver, escuchar y oler el océano mientras se relaja en cómodos muebles al aire libre. Hay una terraza en la parte trasera de la casa que es excelente para hacer barbacoas.
Sea Breeze es completamente seguro y se ingresa por una puerta electrónica y controlada a distancia. El patio completamente cercado está bien mantenido con buganvillas en flor, palmeras de coco, palmeras Adornedia, plantas de maíz, aloe, plátanos, un tilo, dracenas y enormes Schefleras.

Great location, easy check-in

Nice location in quiet neighborhood with ocean view from covered porch. Short walk to a beach where you can look for shells & sea glass (not a swimming beach). The property manager Victor was very responsive & accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The air conditioning worked great, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we've stayed on Vieques. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, & beach umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The stove & clothes dryer have some rust from the island humidity but both worked perfectly. You need to rent a car if you want to visit the beautiful beaches on the south part of the island.

Wow is all I can say!!

What a great property to experience Vieques from. If you don't know Vieques you probably don't understand why this is a charmer in every way. It is so close to the beach for morning strolls and letting the kiddos explore. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. The home had all the things needed in the kitchen and beach supplies needed for the ultimate beach vacation. I can't say enough good things about the Bravos Boyz rental experience. Hats off to Victor who is just a joy to deal with. We will stay here again and again when we come back.

Excellent Stay

The property was just as described and equipped with everything we needed. It is such a pleasure to stay at a home where the owners provide a kitchen stocked with proper cookware, adequate dishes, enough towels, and basic items to get your stay started. The hosts were excellent and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood is very very quiet, as is all of Vieques; it is exactly what we wanted! Bravos Boyz were fantastic to deal with and I will recommend them to anyone for lodging and car rental.

Excellent vacation home!

We loved staying at the Sea Breeze rental house. The house was spacious, well-equipped, quiet, and gave us everything we needed for a great stay. Plus, the ocean view from the front porch gave us just what we needed for deep breaths and good sunsets! The rental experience was so easy and helpful. All around, it was a wonderful stay in Vieques.

Wonderful stay in a magic Island

The property is as described, and much more It’s located near the shore so you can listen to the waves from the porch and master bedroom Everything worked : AC, Wi-Fi , there are chairs, icebox to take to your day at the beach We rented a car together with the property and the checkin and check-out process was seamless. Kevin took care of showing us the property and gave us tips which were useful , he was fast responding to questions . We fell in love with Vieques , this was our first time to the island and it would not be the last!

Soothing Ocean sounds

We had a great stay here. You are right near the ocean and can easily hear the sound from the front porch and the front rooms (if you open the windows). It was so peaceful falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean during our stay. There was access to the small beach just a small walk down the road. The house was clean, the beds were super comfy, and Victor and Daniel take good care of anything you needed. The on-site laundry (and hose) were also super useful. Vieques was amazing, and this was about a 5 to 6 minute drive (with a jeep) from lots of restaurants and stores and roughly 20 minutes from the south side of the island where the Bio Bay is. We'd easily stay here again.

Great home for Spring Break

This was our first time staying here and the property is as listed. Victor showed us to the home and gave use our keys-he was very nice and made sure we had a nice overview before leaving. There was someone painting and the yard was cleaned when we were visiting but we didn’t mind. I love the spirit of everyone trying to keep things looking nice and clean. The island is still recovering from the hurricane and sometimes based on schedules everything can’t be done before a guest arrives/leaves. We were at the beach for most of it so it was no problem for us. The home has every kitchen item you need if you want to cook. We visit the island annually and cook one or two meals and we had what we needed to prep and cook. There is a BBQ grill that takes charcoal, if you like to grill. The fridge has an ice maker which is a big plus. AC works great! There’s a unit in the living room and one in each room. Laundry room is in the garage. We used it once and both machines work fine. We come for the beaches and to connect with the locals and I loved that there were beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella! This was the first year we hauled chairs on our golf cart and this was a score! I am definitely going to want all of those for my next trip! Everything was smooth and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

The house was great. Very clean, well stocked (towels, pots, pans, etc.). Plenty of space. Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler were super helpful. Laundry machines worked great. Nice view. TWO beaches in walking distance. Susie and Richard made check in very nice and gave some good tips for the island. The fence and gate are to keep the wild horses from eating the landscaping. It's quite safe there. Quiet neighborhood. Great view. Easy access to downtown!

Great stay

Bravos Boyz are super professional and the place itself is well located and has everything you might want. I would note that I didn’t see a washer/dryer and it’s listed as having one so if you need that, just double check with the owners. Anyway, no complaints and really enjoyed speaking with the owners / property managers. They were easy to work with and very flexible. Def would recommend renting a car from them as well as it saves a ton of time and is effectively cheaper than renting from a rental company. They pick you up from the airport and/or ferry with the car, so it’s super easy. The keep they had was brand new as well which was nice. Forgot to mention the beds are very comfortable, good shower pressure, and there is AC coverage in every room.

The home is lovely, everything very clean and well taken care of. The best part was the ease of check in with the Bravos Boys. They met us at the airport with the car we rented and gave us a recommendation for breakfast while we waited for the property to be cleaned.

Beautiful island get-away

Our trip was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The island of Vieques is beautiful and this place highlights it so well. It has a gorgeous view from the front porch and is very close to our favorite breakfast spot (The Rising Roost). We were met at the ferry by members from Bravos who showed us to our jeep and then helped us navigate to the house itself. They also gave us some suggestions of places to see and things to do for our stay. Check in/out process was very easy. The home was very clean and renting a Jeep from the same place made our entire stay very simple. We cannot wait to go back to the island and will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect getaway for our family with small kids

The house was impeccably maintained with all the amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella and coolers with an ice maker! Our kids loved their king size bed (available in both rooms). Parking on-site, plus outdoor hose and shower was convenient, but not mentioned in the listing so worth noting. Communication with Bravo Boyz (Susie & Richard) was excellent and they really went beyond to help us navigate our rental car pick up which took longer than expected and answer any Qs. We would 100% stay again!

The house that fit our needs

We had a lovely stay at this property! The view of the ocean is beautiful and there is nothing like going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves. There is a gorgeous beach right down the hill from the house. We only saw 2 other people at this beach during our stay. This beach is the perfect place to watch the sunset! The house is perfectly located near the ocean, close to stores, and restaurants. The town of Isabel 2 has more to offer in terms of stores and restaurants than Easperanza- and Sea Breeze is conveniently located on the edge of town. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was very well outfitted which is important to us as we cook elaborate meals while on vacation. The beds were really comfortable and had nice linens. The house had a very practical layout- plenty of space for cooking and dining as a family. The washer and dryer were in good working order. The property manager Susie was a very lovely person whom had lots of recommendations for places to grocery shop, dine and site see. She was very responsive to any of our needs! We had two sweet neighborhood kitties visit us during our stay which made us feel right at home! We absolutely loved the front porch and spent lots of time there- bring some citronella candles, though, because the mosquitoes do come out at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze and highly recommend it!!

Amazing

My spouse and 7 yo daughter stayed here for 3 nights and we're sad to leave!! The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. Susie was an excellent host. 3 nights wasn't enough... There's so much to explore on the island, and lots of relaxing to do too. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Waves we're audible from the condo. I'd give this rental 100 stars of i could.

Quiet & comfortable neighborhood spot

Property was spacious and comfortable (beds, furniture, wifi etc...). Nice to have an ice maker, cooler and beach chairs + towels. Richard greeted us at the airport and was very gracious. He texted up the GPS coordinates for house after hours as we forgot to pin them. The outside patio was very nice and we enjoyed it. In a perfect world, we wished for a ceiling fan out there to keep the bugs away. We enjoy being away from touristy areas and this home is in a neighborhood, just a short drive to town. Roads are narrow and somewhat bumpy, but residents drive slow and are very cooperative. Island has a slower pace, but nice to slow down and be in a place that is not filled with tourist shops and marketing messages!

Sea Breeze was very comfortable and loved listening to the surf.

House was clean, grounds needed some tlc.Kitchen was well supplied but it would have been nice to have some staples such salt,pepper,etc. A few items needed repair, a/c not working in front br. This place is good for couples, friends getaway. I would not recommend for small children, stairs are steep. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Beautiful stay at a perfect house

Great house great service if I ever return I'd stay here again! Great location very clean spacious home. We felt very safe! There is a great little beach across the street. We enjoyed our stay. My sister myself and daughter loved the home! We were picked up from the airport from a very kind woman who went back and got our luggage from the airport, unfortunately it didn't arrive with us! Laura then took us to the grocery store and to the house and answered any questions we had. I love Vieques it's my 3rd trip to the island and after staying with Bravo Boys I 've realized I will never stay anywhere else. They were amazing. our last night on the island we stayed a night at the W resort and I wish we would have stayed the extra night at the home that saying something considering the W is a five-star resort. I'll say it again rent a home from the bravo boyz instead of staying anywhere else!!!! Ive stayed many places on this island and I will always rent from them in the future.
