You will stay just 5 km from a beautiful supervised beach and close to restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. Access is easy thanks to free parking and a free shuttle taking you to the beach every hour.



The house offers 64 m² of living space and a covered west-facing terrace of 18 m².

- 1 main bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m)

- 1 children's bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m and 0.8 x 1.9 m)



The peaceful location at the edge of the dunes is 300 m from main services: bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and doctor.



Modern amenities: heat pump for heating, air conditioning and hot water, modern kitchen, bright shower room.



Linen: not provided, please contact the owner before your arrival.



Living room: comfortable lounge with desk and mainly German TV channels. Solid wood furniture from the Philippines and Vietnam adds an elegant touch.



The house is an ideal starting point for your excursions to Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, San Sebastián, and Lourdes.



Special conditions: the rental is for quiet guests seeking a relaxing stay. Pets, parties, and additional guests are not allowed. Maximum capacity: 2 people.



The owner's parents live in the neighboring house and are available for any information or practical assistance.
