The hotel accused me of making holes in their sheets and charged me $60. This was a non smoking room and I don’t smoke. The holes in the sheets were already there. I always use the same hotel when I visit Victorville and never had a problem. I will not be staying there anymore

The staff were super helpful and friendly. However, the first room assigned smelled like smoke. The staff kindly changed my room and called to ensure everything was okay with the second room. Although the room looked clean, it had a mildew smell to it. Unfortunately, i did not feel comfortable and luckily have family in town i was able to stay with. I contacted the office the next morning tk let them know i was not going to use the room. They suggested, i request a refund for the following nights hoever, i used a third party and did not purchase the insurance.
