The staff support was lacking, the manager didnt want to accept my wife because she lost her ID they threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night , very bad experience i used my last money j had booking this room to get treated bad.

The room smelled like pot....even if someone smoked in there before our stay the cleaning staff should have noticed and should have let staff know to not book someone in that room. Should have switched rooms, but was so tired didn't feel like making another trip to the office. Not impressed with motel 6. Never again.
