Upstairs there is a large lounge/dining/kitchen area, opening onto front balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with two fridge freezers, microwave and dishwasher.
Second family area with TV, DVD player and CD player. Double sofa bed.
Downstairs there is a separate bedroom and bathroom.
Facilities include ducted evaporative air conditioning (upstairs only). Gas heating in both living areas (upstairs only)
High chair, table tennis table, washing machine, drier and ironing unit, outdoor furniture and weber Q.
