The Space:
Spread across two levels, Seachange is a bright and welcoming waterfront home designed for relaxed coastal living.
Upstairs is the heart of the home, with the master bedroom, ensuite and open-plan living and dining area opening onto a wide balcony overlooking the water. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply watching the tide roll in.
Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a second living area that flows outdoors, giving families and groups plenty of space to spread out after a day at the beach.
The home sleeps up to 10 guests, with beds made up for 8:

• Master bedroom – Queen bed with ensuite
Downstairs
• Bedroom 2 – Two king single bunk beds
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
For groups of up to 10 guests, extra mattresses can be taken from under the bunk beds. Guests will need to bring their own bedding for these mattresses.
With ducted air conditioning, secure parking, direct beach access and a pet-friendly environment, Seachange makes it easy to settle in and enjoy everything Victor Harbor/Encounter Bay has to offer.

With Seachange right on Franklin Parade, some of Victor Harbor’s best-known experiences are right outside your door.
• Walk along the foreshore, explore nearby beaches or follow the coastal paths with the ocean beside you.
• Wander across the Causeway to Granite Island, ride the iconic horse-drawn tram or enjoy a coffee by the water.
• Enjoy calm waters perfect for kayaking, paddle-boarding or fishing.
• Spend family days at nearby playgrounds, reserves and open foreshore spaces.
• Let your four-legged friends enjoy pet-friendly areas like Kent Reserve.
• Walk to local cafés, restaurants and the South Coast Markets, or take a short drive to wineries, scenic walks and historic towns across the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Other Things to Note:
This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.
No parties, no schoolies.
Must be 25 years of age to book.
Families and children of all ages are warmly welcomed. We will provide a high chair, stair gate, and kids cutlery. Other things such as toys and portacot's will not be provided by us.
One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.
Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.
A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply for additional guests.
