This property was absolutely disgusting and awful! I arrived with my family (my kids and parents) at 9:30 pm, and they assigned us two rooms on the third floor. Coming off the elevator was the worst smell I've ever encountered - a mixture of sewage and urine. The smell was unbearable. The rooms had issues too (an exposed electrical outlet in the bathroom with no face plate and a ripped up window curtain). The room across the hall from us was taped off. I am waiting on Expedia to give me a full refund. After unloading all our belongings and bringing them to our room we had to reload everything back into our car and leave to go to another hotel. The staff acted like they didn't know what we were talking about when we talked about the smell! I'm not sure if they were pretending, or if they're just used to that awful sewage smell.

Comfortable bed but hotel needs a facelift

The hotel is not being maintained properly. The common areas were dirty as far as scuffs on the walls and baseboards. Also, areas where there are peeling wallpaper and damaged trim. In our room if the bathroom light is turned on a noisy fan constantly ran. Our bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk that checked me in was polite and professional. The hotel needs some tlc.

Perfect for our family!

This is our go-to hotel when we pass through MS. Meets the needs of our family of 6 plus 2 small pets just perfectly! Clean linens, room smelled fresh, decent hot breakfast, quiet, and convenient safe location. No, it's not a 5 star hotel, but then again, I can't afford 5 star prices with 4 children and 2 pets.

I had already been charged for the room so I thought it would be fine . After event when we got to hotel we were notified that they had given our room to someone else and there were no available rooms . So at 1am we were trying to find a room
