Enjoyable stay

Booked as a stopover we were really happy to stay at The Originals Boutique - exceeded our expectations. Spacious, airy rooms, good bed and shower, very quiet. Even had a garage for the motorbikes (5 euros extra). Perfect location - square, park and river. We had a great evening in Vichy

Vichy Central Hotel

Located pretty centrally in Vichy, this hotel is extremely comfortable. I did request a superior room and it was lovely. Tastefully decorated, large and comfortable with two balconies which overlooked the park. The staff from arrival to departure were polite and courteous. My motorcycle was safely parked in a locked garage which was ideal and with the 5€ suppliment. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice and friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Excellent.

Great location and quaint hotel

A very good location and an hotel of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in the street but we were there in August and no parking to be found. We parked across the river, 5minutes walk away. Vichy is lovely and we had a great meal at Brasserie de l'opera which is very close to the hotel. Booking essential in high season.

Alright, not wonderful

This is a perfectly adequate three star hotel. Parking was difficult and we had to park in a municipal car park some distance from the hotel. I had sent an email asking for a quiet room but I had to push to get a room on the top floor, we are both very light sleepers, eventually they found us a suitable room.

Good hotel in quiet location

Good hotel well located in Vichy. The service could have been better. The room was clean, well lit but a bit old fashioned. The hotel is located in a quiet area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks. Good place for an overnight stay.

Boutique Hotel

The bathroom was not clean. There was a medicine wrapper on the floor. That was not mine. Hotel is nice but overpriced. I had not choice since there was an ironman triathlon in the town that week-end and all hotel were booked. I will not stay there again.

I booked this hotel as a recommendation for a destination wedding. I was informed we were to have a continental breakfast for our time of stay. When I checked out I was informed that I had to pay for the breakfast because I booked through Expedia even though I informed the attendant at time of check-in I was there for the wedding. The air conditioning in the room turns off at night making the rooms very hot during the hot weather outside.

Love this place

Hotel is well located, quiet, with lots of storage, a good shower and has all the necessary basic comforts. There is no refrigerator or hotel parking lot, but we have never had trouble finding parking nearby. We stay here whenever we are in the Vichy area.

Beautiful corner room with two balconies! Very comfortable and roomy. Staff was very nice and cheerfully answered every request. Restaurant was excellent as well. Bath was very convenient and with ample room. Highly recommend!

Lionel’s vfm (value for money)

Although the bedroom was not over modern it was more to a typical French local hotel rather than in a group company such as ibis. The service was excellent some staff spoke really good English. The restaurant had very good evening menu, the breakfast seemed a little expensive but this seems typical of France. Parking was in the local area on Saturday this was a little difficult to find space. The shower was good and a constant temperature; I slept well and overall I enjoyed my stay and will return when next in Vichy

Nice hotel, close to river walk

The hotel looked nice and was easily affordable. The staff was helpful. My French is poor. our room was also clean and nice. Parking was also good, street parking for free. Our shower did drain slow. I am use to being internet connected. They supplied free wifi however our room was at an end and the reception was very weak.

very nice stay

excellent comfortable stay... calm neighborhood. Parking wasn't easy to find during the day, but easier in the later evening. The surrounding area was quaint, nice park nearby, next to the river..
