Appartement correct et bonne literie mais :- très mal insonorisé d'un étage à l'autre - bruits de voix et d'aspirateur...- hauts plafonds et peu de mobilier et donc des pièces qui résonnent- un résidu d'odeur de peinture- porte de douche non étanche même bien fermée- 1 serrure montée à l'endroit et l'autre à l'envers- manque d'information pour ouvrir le canapé-lit - neuf - il fallait apparemment forcer un peu...le personnel très agréable et aidant, surtout à 22h45 lorsqu'il nous ai impossible de rentrer dans l'appartement. A trois, elles se sont démener, avec le sourire, pour trouver une solution et nous avons pu ouvrir la porte à 0h20 du matin. En revanche, pas un mot d'excuse du manager après 1 semaine, et réponse non courtoise de sa part.Je ne relouerai pas auprès de "conciergerie les grandes maisons" à Vichy et fais remonter une réclamation auprès d'Abritel.
