This spacious and unique 130 sqm loft, fully air-conditioned, will charm you with its generous volumes, atypical character, and welcoming atmosphere. Hidden behind a large gate and a fully enclosed private courtyard, it offers an intimate and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing stays.

Located on the first floor of a traditional house, the loft features a large, bright living area opening onto a pleasant outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outside.

On the main level, you will find a functional bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and a children’s bedroom with two single beds (80 × 200 cm), providing a comfortable space for younger guests.
Each bedroom is equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.

On the upper level, an open mezzanine overlooking the living area includes a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space. You will also find a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a second bathroom, ensuring added comfort for larger groups.

A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals.

Outside, the terrace is fitted with a retractable awning, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The private courtyard, reserved for the property, allows parking for up to two vehicles. Alternatively, the quiet street offers free parking, with additional spaces available nearby.

The accommodation is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout.

Ideally located, the loft offers easy walking access to Vias village. The beaches are 2.5 km away, with free parking available near the beach. A bus service also provides direct access to the beach from the village. The quiet street ensures peaceful nights.

The ground floor is unoccupied, so you have the loft and courtyard to yourself. The courtyard offers side-by-side parking for 2 vehicles and is enclosed by a secure gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
