"Room we selected on hotels.com (king bed) was "oversold". Room we were given had two doubles. Hotel staff claimed they could do nothing because we booked 3rd party. "

The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. Other than that everything was pretty good.
