Great hotel and location! 5-10 mins from everything in Verona. Cristina the hotel receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful view to Juliet balcony. Very special place in Verona.

Hidden gem in wonderful location

I absolutely loved this place – it's simply amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Great location. Check-in was easy, and since we were early, we explored the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Our room overlooked Juliet's balcony.

Comfortable room and you get a perfect view of Juliet’s balcony. Unfortunately the day that we arrived they were closed due to construction so we weren’t able to see it up close but thanks to our hotel we were still able to take pictures and see it for ourselves! Host was very kind and gave us a map with places he recommended

Breakfast is poor, we saw the front desk person refilling the ham and cheese and other food with the bare hands which was super disgusting and not hygiene at all. The bed was horrible, it feels like your are sleeping in the floor. They also charge extra if you take the drinks from the refrigerator inside the room. Front desk person asked too many personal questions I felt interrogated. They just limit to be polite and professional.
