Perect location for Verona.

V nice hotel conveniently situated for the station and the town center. Slightly eccentric and confusing controls/switches in the 6xx rooms, but excellent shower.

The hotel is in a good location, can get into the main city in around 15/20 minute walk and the train station in a 10 minute walk. Beds were firm and comfortable and all very clean. The only downside were the staff. The woman on check in was so so rude and continued to be rude throughout our stay it’s like we were an inconvenience and she didn't want us there. Other staff were fine but we weren’t really made to feel welcome so for that reason I would not stay again. Also it didn’t feel that safe for two young women.

The hotel room was very modern with many high-tech features. Touch screen controller for lighting etc. Heated bathroom floor was nice but way too hot and not adjustable in the room. Colour changing led lights in the bathroom were gimmicky and there was no obvious way to turn them off at bedtime. Buffet breakfast was nice and they had gluten-free options. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the railway station, and only a 10 minute walk to the center of the city.

The room was fine. Very spacious and clean. The electrical outlets are limited. Although we didn’t mind, it’s worth noting there is no TV. The location was convenient, just 11 min walk to the center. We felt safe around the hotel. The breakfast was nice, basic (breads, yogurt, cereal, eggs, ham cheese, coffee n juices). If you are driving, to check in is a bit inconvenient as no place to park and go in unless you get luck to find a spot up front. Overall it is fine as a place to stay the night.
