The property failed to disclose that they have massive construction happened in the entire neighborhood. I had to park seven blocks away. When I booked this hotel, I chose it for accessibility for having an elevator because I’m disabled. When I booked this hotel, I chose it for accessibility for having a elevator because I’m disabled. This hotel was not accessible at all, and it was not posted on the website therefore false advertising is displayed. It caused me much suffering at top dollar.
In front of hotel, never ending massive construction, which was not disclosed on the booking. Completely inaccessible, except for a very narrow sidewalk had to be done seven blocks away downhill.
Not even the taxi could get to the property. This is not a hotel. It is an apartment and I never saw a person responsible. Only the maid coming in the morning, telling me to wash the dishes so she would have to do less work.

Incredible space

Limehome La Vigna, is an amazing place to stay in Verona. Three block to the river and the historic center, an plenty of space to be confortable with family. The balcony inside is covered with a magnificent (probably centuries old) grape vine, but the space has been fully renovated to your comfort.

do not stay with this company. The customer service is awful. God forbid anything goes wrong, they will not help. The washing machine in the apartment was broken which I stated on the first day. They said they would send someone the next day which they did but this person did absolutely nothing. I came back to the washing machine still broken and no update or communication from them. When I reached out, they weren’t even aware anyone had come. Terrible communication and waste of money. Would never book with them again

It was a lovely well maintained apartment with plenty of space. The views outside the windows and shutter blinds were lovely and the property was very quiet. Also very close to main parts of Verona although road itself was a tiny bit run down. The lift at the apartments was bit slow.

The unit was very clean and fully furnished. It had laundry as well, which was excellent. The only issue for us was difficulty of finding parking spot in the alley. If you have toddlers, make sure to consider a lower level unit, as stairs to second floor are not super safe for toddlers. Otherwise, this was an excellent unit, and seemed to have been renovated recently.

La entrada fue un poco angustiante porque llegamos al apartamento a las 21:45 horas y aún no me habían enviado el codigo de acceso. Tras un correo insistiendo nos llegó y pudimos entrar. El estudio está muy bien.

Difficult to access, no view, lots of rubbish outside, common area for laundry and garbage, one ac for the whole apartment that hardy worked and difficult to interact with the company. It’s all by mail, which is not convinient while travelling
