Excellent traditional french logis hotel & restaurant run by the second & third generation of the family who created it from the family farm and full of old farm tools and implements. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window. A really good place to stop in the way down south with masses of parking just off the road. Thoroughly recommended.

All you could wish for!!!

This is the best value quality hotel I have ever stayed in. Family run and friendly , superb Restaurant, comfortable rooms, quality decorations. Just great and six stars.

You may need to insist on air con if you want it.

We booked on the app which said that rooms were air-conditioned. When we got there I asked at reception if the rooms were air-conditioned and the man said yes. When he took us to our room it had no air conditioning and he said we don’t have air conditioning but opened the window. Dissapointed, we asked for a fan but he said they didn’t have any fans. My husband suggested that I show him the Hotels app that stated that each room has air conditioning. After that he changed our room and gave us one with air con. We were relieved as it was in the middle of a heatwave. He seemed reluctant to give us a room with air conditioning but it could have been a language issue. In the end it was a comfortable stay.

Great one-night stop over

This was a one-night stop over while travelling south. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet, despite being on the main road, and was well equipped. Slightly dated decor only added to the charm. Could have done with another pillow but bed was comfy. Food was good plenty of local produce.

Bon hotel et bon restaurant

L'accueil fut agréable. Le restaurant avec son service souriant et les platssont execellent. J'ai pu profiter de la piscine alors qu'il pleuvait. Vraiment un très bon séjour. Je pense qu'ils devraient abandonner les baignoires. J'allais oublier que le petit déjeuner avec ses produits régionnaux est vraiment bon.

Chouette étape

Un diner et une nuit agréable, confortable. Le seul bémol concerne la température de la piscine : trop froide ! Avec la chaleur extérieure et dans l'espace piscine , la différence de température était un peu rude !
