"Building is very old and falling apart. We had two rooms and some things didn't work well like the AC, hair dryers, plumbing aged, etc. The pool and hot tub are either very dirty or need resurfaced as they look terrible. The chlorine levels were way too high, burned our eyes and mouth, and kids had itchy rashes after the pool. There are also dangerous slopes around the pool and hot tub and saw multiple people slip, but luckily not injured this time. The ceiling in the indoor pool is severely damaged and aged, with plaster coming off and water damaged paint. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The OJ was mostly water, no fresh eggs or meat (microwavable breakfast sandwiches), only one waffle maker that was out of batter and nobody there to refill it, milk for the cereal was also out, etc. "
